I am so glad that I went to town yesterday and not today. The sun was shining and Jamie and I had a nice wander through town and along Albert Dock. Today, it is pouring down rain which has given me an excuse not to leave the house. It's a day to stay warm and cosy. Lots of tea will be drank today. I even made the Three Pepper Pasta with Crispy Pepperoni for a few meals this week.
I am still amazed at how quickly time passes. I've had a really good June with my trip to Denmark and Sweden.
No trips planned for July just yet but the big one at the end of the month with a quick flight to Dublin before a long flight to Calgary and my Canadian adventure will begin.
