A quiet weekend.

Valentine's day has come and gone. I spent it mostly alone until later in the evening when I went to the mall with Shawn and Carol.

On Saturday I went to lunch with Jess at Cora's in Coquitlam. I had never been to Cora's before so was interested in finding out what it was like. The menu seemed to be quite healthy with lots of fruit with every dish. I had a delicious eggs benny with spinach, sautéed onions and cheddar. It was delicious.

We went back to Jess' house and we played Left for Dead 2. I am not good at that game at all but it was fun trying. Jess put up with me!  I painted my nails a lovely red colour and we talked about Barcelona and our plans to meet up there in May.

For dinner I went for sushi with Nariman and had some yummy unagi rolls and crispy yam tempura. Nariman ordered this cute caterpillar roll and a few other rolls. It was all very good and I was happy to catch up with Nariman.
It's officially one month until I leave for the UK. It's starting to sink in more and more as I try to figure out exactly what to pack in my bag and plan more. I'm keeping a little day by day tracker going with photos of Ricky on my instagram.  I'm going to miss him so much.

27 days, 7 hours until lift off!
