A night of Flemenco

Our last night in Jerez with Jess' family we enjoyed a flamenco show. We enjoyed it thoroughly. I did not really know what to expect not really familiar with the style of dance. Aware that it existed but in no way an expert in its style and history. We all enjoyed the passionate singing and dancing that we experienced that night.

Flamenco is a form of Spanish folk music and dance from the region of Andalisia in Southern Spain. It includes singing, guitar playing, dancing and hand clapping.

If you are ever in Spain or ever have the chance to attend a flamenco performance I suggest checking it out.

  1. Cindy told me they went to FOUR flamenco shows in total during their trip, and she even went to one in Vancouver a couple weeks back. Out of all of them, she said this show we went to was the best!
